We encourage appointments, but all walk-ins are welcome at any time.
Appointments are recommended for our therapists to be reader for you, as well as whichever service you scheduled. This can take some time, thus causing a short wait. With appointments, the therapists do this prior to the appointment time.
Please read out cancellation policy to the right for missed appointments or if you are running late.
Certification and Training
Our massage therapists are certified by both the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and the Illinois Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy.
Requirements & Recommendations
Every person receiving a massage or body treatment must be 18 years old, if not they must have a parent sign a waiver of consent. At our spa location, we suggest all clients arrive approximately 5-7 minutes ahead of their scheduled appointment time, in order to find parking, fill out new client intake information.
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
All prices listed do not include the therapists gratuity.
Therapists are usually tipped 20-25% of the service fee.
Due to the individualized nature of services we offer, our therapists prepare treatment rooms and services in advance for each client. Therefore, in an effort to be effective and fair to all of our clients and therapists time, we have implemented the following policies:
Missed Appointments :
24 Hour advance notice: This is required when cancelling an appointment.
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment
No Show: If you miss your appointment and fail to call within 24hrs, you wil be considered a "No Show."
You will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to next scheduled appointment and future services are denied until then.
Appointments cancelled outside the 24hour window will be charged as a no show.
If you are running late, we ask that you call to confirm we can still accommodate you. If unable to do so, we will need to reschedule. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to keep on schedule for others whose appointments follow yours. If you are late to an appointment we cannot inconvenience our other guests, and will usually end your treatment at its scheduled time depending on our availability
We ask that all cell phones be turned to vibrate while in the spa. In the case of an emergency call, we ask that you either speak very quietly or take the call in the spa lobby.
